The HALO Foundation spoke to us about the demining and victim assistance process Ms. Sarahi González, this is a Scottish organization that supports these processes in Colombia.

The presenter Luis Carlos Avila, with more than 30 years of experience in CAFAM events, announced the presence on stage of the Grand Masters of the seven Grand Lodges, which were present to bring the message of support from their Grand Orient to this type of Philanthropic Encounters.

Then a few words from Andrés Salcedo from Funda Fe, an organization that makes prostheses from scrap and recycled materials, they told us the drama they see every day and how prosthesis makes a difference in terms of quality of life. Amputations of limbs are also due to diabetes and motorcycle accidents, which motivated us to open the invitation to all the dear brothers for they know the case of some person that requires prosthesis to send us the data to Grand Master to link them to this prosthesis donation campaign.

The rumba came back with the powerful voice of the vallenato soloist that Radio Uno sent as a way to support this noble cause.

Then we moved musically speaking to the cundiboyacence region with the masterly string sounds of The Celis Triana Brothers, winners of several music festivals, they showed us the flavor of the mountains and valleys of the center of the country. His participation as the vallenato soloist was the management of the Respectable and Meritorious Star of America Lodge No. 29

The D. · .B. ·. Grand Almoner delivered a kit of typical gifts to our illustrious visitors, which included a ruana of pure Boyaca wool and Colombian coffee.

The evening was animated by the presence of the Tuna from the Libre University which took us on a musical trip around the world.

And for the closing the rumba came with the humor and fun of the tuna of engineers of the Libre University, these two groups were presented thanks to the management of the Q. · .H. ·. Peregrino Salcedo.
